In fact, I have guided leadership development initiatives across multiple organizations, providing group coaching and individual mentoring that contributed to measurable growth. My coaching and group leadership have contributed to sustained development among peers and teams. I’ve also been entrusted with leadership and coaching opportunities in community, faith-based, and business environments.
On a personal level, I’ve enjoyed coaching and leading groups in many contexts including coaching basketball teams and serving on boards and committees at many levels. Regardless the setting, I’ve consistently stepped into roles that allow me to provide leadership development and coaching.
